Ingredients
- 4 Basa fish fillets
- 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 lime
Directions
- Combine sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil and fish sauce in a flat bowl.
- Place fish in bowl and cover with marinade. Refridgerate for 1 hr.
- Pan fry fish and drizzle with lime juice.
