Ingredients
- 450g Maderia cake - crumbled
- 2 heaped Tbs (40g) cocoa
- 1/2 cup (115g) castor sugar
- 1 cup (150g) cranberries - chopped
- 1/3 cup (45g) almond meal
- 1/2 tsp almond essence
- 3-4 Tbs rum
- 65g butter - melted
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add almond essence, rum & melted butter
- Roll into balls and coat with coconut
