Ingredients
- 125 g pitted dried dates
- 125 g peanut butter
- 50 g almond flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 2 tbs chia seed
Directions
- Soak dates in 1/4 cup warm water for 10mins
- Add the dates to a small food processor. Blend until they form a sticky ball
- Add the peanut butter, almond flour, and oats to the food processor. Blend again until you end up with a crumbly but stick texture (it’s not going to look like regular dough).
- Add chia seeds and blend until just mixed through
- Use a spoon to portion out the dough, then press and shape the dough together firmly with your hands to form small balls.
