Ingredients

  • 125 g pitted dried dates
  • 125 g peanut butter
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbs chia seed

Directions

  1. Soak dates in 1/4 cup warm water for 10mins
  2. Add the dates to a small food processor. Blend until they form a sticky ball
  3. Add the peanut butter, almond flour, and oats to the food processor. Blend again until you end up with a crumbly but stick texture (it’s not going to look like regular dough).
  4. Add chia seeds and blend until just mixed through
  5. Use a spoon to portion out the dough, then press and shape the dough together firmly with your hands to form small balls.
