Ingredients
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 500g white chocolate melts
- 150g chopped macadamia nuts
- 2 limes, zest finely grated
Directions
CAKE PAN:
- Line an 18cm square cake tin with baking paper.
- Put condensed milk and chocolate in a double boiler and stir until melted. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and lime zest.
- Pour into tin, refrigerate until set. Cut into squares when set.
