Chia and oat Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 (250g) cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (50g) plain flour
- 1/2 cup (100g) sugar (raw)
- 3 tbs (60g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp bicarb soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs (50g) golden syrup
- 1/3 cup (70g) coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup (220g) apple sauce
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients, except cranberries, into a bowl
- Add the apple sauce and coconut oil into the dry ingredients and mix well
- Fold in the cranberries
- Divide the mixture into 16 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Place balls onto the the tray spaced apart
- Bake for 10-15 mins or until golden
- Cool on tray for 10 minutes before placing on wire rack
