Ingredients
- 400g brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 108°C. Cut large sprouts in half.
- Combine brussels sprouts, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a roasting pan. Season with salt and scatter over garlic.
- Roast sprouts, turning occasionally, for 30 mins or until the sprouts are tender and caramelised.
