Ingredients

  • 400g brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 108°C. Cut large sprouts in half.
  2. Combine brussels sprouts, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a roasting pan. Season with salt and scatter over garlic.
  3. Roast sprouts, turning occasionally, for 30 mins or until the sprouts are tender and caramelised.
