A delicious veg-packed pasta dish for the whole family to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion , finely chopped
  • 500g beef mince
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp onion powder (Note 1)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dried cumin powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion, cook until translucent. Add beef and cook, breaking it up as you go.
  2. Once beef is cooked, add spices, tomato paste and water. Cook for a further 2 minutes
  3. Serve over corn chips, garnished with cheese, sliced shallots & sour cream
