Easy keto chocolate balls

Ingredients

  • 300g crunchy peanut butter
  • 120g smooth peanut butter (alt almond butter)
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 175g almond meal
  • 1 Tbs keto sweetener (Stevia)
  • 2 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 55g cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (sugar free)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbs desiccated coconut

Directions

  1. Soften peanut butter in microwave
  2. Mix dry ingredients, except coconut, into peanut butter
  3. Form into balls and roll in coconut
  4. Store in fridge
