Ingredients
- 300g crunchy peanut butter
- 120g smooth peanut butter (alt almond butter)
- 20g coconut oil
- 175g almond meal
- 1 Tbs keto sweetener (Stevia)
- 2 Tbs Chia seeds
- 55g cocoa powder
- 1 Tbs maple syrup (sugar free)
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbs desiccated coconut
Directions
- Soften peanut butter in microwave
- Mix dry ingredients, except coconut, into peanut butter
- Form into balls and roll in coconut
- Store in fridge
